Digital Insurance spoke with Chris Skarinka, COO of Professional Lines and Public Risk Groups at Tokio Marine HCC. He leads a group of 100 employees that provides carrier property support and accident insurance for government entities such as police, fire, water and sewer. Skarinka and the team evaluate their risks and organize data and risk operations. Recently, Tokio Marine HCC started using the underwriting tool from Unpack.
